As Partner at Acube Capital Advisors, he managed the syndication of USD 200 million in debt and equity for renewable energy businesses, strengthening his commitment to clean-tech growth. His work with small and medium enterprises and his exposure to global renewable energy markets guided his move into sustainable power development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics (Honors) from the University of Bristol, UK.

Mr. Dev Arun Panchariya completed his Business Foundation at the University of Wollongong in Dubai, He joined the family office and has gained experience in multiple Business fields. He is currently pursuing a degree in International Business at The University of Westminster, Dev combines his academic knowledge with practical experience.
Shailesh Nagpure
Head - Solar PV Module Manufacturing
Shailesh Nagpure has over 15 years of experience in photovoltaic (PV) module manufacturing and large-scale plant execution. He has led the setup and operation of advanced solar manufacturing lines up to 2.4 GW capacity, including major facilities at RenewSys and other top-tier plants. His expertise covers machinery selection, commissioning, automation, and implementation of technologies such as TOPCon, Mono Bifacial, PERC, and Half-Cut modules. Shailesh holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and a Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering.
Divy Prakash Tiwari
Head - Solar PV Energy Business
Divy Prakash Tiwari is a renewable energy specialist with over 15 years of experience in engineering, designing, and delivering utility-scale and rooftop solar projects across India. He has led installations including 200 MWp in Maharashtra, 105 MW Ampin Jalkot, 30 MW NTPC Rihand, and projects for NTPC, Tata, ONGC, GAIL, Walmart, and Patanjali. With prior leadership roles in EPC and design engineering, he has driven technology selection, tendering, team training, and design optimisation. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering.
